  • Our Virtual Gatherings bridge the distance—between retreats, across cities, and for women at different points in their Compassion Collective journey.

Held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, 6:45–8:00 PM EST, each 75-minute session blends guided mindfulness, reflective practice, and meaningful dialogue.

For those who have experienced the depth of our retreats, these gatherings provide ongoing connection and support, no matter where you are in the world. For newcomers, they offer a chance to meet Esther, explore our core frameworks, and see if this community feels like home.

  • Duration: 75 minutes via Zoom

    • 10 min — Welcome & Grounding
Begin with a short practice to center and settle in.

    • 50 min — Themed Conversation
Engage in discussion with actionable takeaways relevant to the session’s theme.

    • 15 min — Open Q&A with Esther
Ask anything—on topic or off. This is your chance for direct dialogue.

Format: Live sessions only (no recordings available). The magic happens in real time—this isn’t a webinar to watch later, it’s a shared gathering to experience together.

Zoom Link: Sent via email 48 hours before each session

    • Practical tools and frameworks you can immediately apply to daily life, from mindfulness prompts to self-compassion practices

    • Ongoing support and connection for retreat alumnae to stay grounded between in-person gatherings

Schedule

  • Setting Intentions That Honor Your Whole Self

Learn to set goals and intentions that honor both your drive and your humanity. Explore what it means to commit to a vision without attachment to outcome or process—ambition rooted in alignment, not exhaustion.

  • Learning to Romance Your Life

Devotion isn't just about commitment—it's about courting yourself with the same care you'd offer someone you're falling in love with. This session explores how to romance your own life by creating a "romance menu" (think dopamine menu, but make it tender). We'll identify practices, moments, and rituals that help you fall back in love with your daily existence.

  • Nurturing Ourselves & Healing Mother Wounds

Mothering isn't just about raising children. It's about how we nurture ourselves, heal generational patterns, and practice the tender care we may not have received. This conversation explores what it means to mother ourselves well.

  • Exploring the 7 Divine Feminine Archetypes

You contain multitudes—the nurturer, the warrior, the visionary, the lover. This session introduces the 7 feminine archetypes as a framework for understanding which parts of yourself you lead with, which you've rejected, and how to integrate them all.

  • Creating & Revisiting Your Practices

Self-compassion isn't a one-time lesson. It's a daily recommitment. We'll explore how to build sustainable practices that meet you where you are—and how to hold yourself gently when consistency feels impossible.

  • When 'Laziness' Is Actually Self-Preservation

What we call laziness is often empathic distress or compassion fatigue. This session explores how productivity culture harms us, why rest is resistance, and how self-compassion (not more discipline) is the real antidote to burnout.

  • Taking Control of the Flow of Your Life

Life moves fast, but you get to set the rhythm. This conversation explores how to slow down without falling behind, when to pivot with intention, and how to honor your need for rest while still pursuing your goals.

  • Finding the Courage to Desire Again

Grief and loss change us. This session explores how to hold heartbreak with compassion while staying open to love—whether romantic, platonic, or self-directed. How do we grieve what's gone and still believe something beautiful is possible?
